Comment:

I think that this is one of the best-structured online courses I have taken (from a handful of other online courses). If you are like me and don't test all that well but still want lots of opportunity to demonstrate your ability, take the class. There's a lot of points dedicated to discussion and papers. Dr. Sutton always returned her e-mails.

I have only had this professor's class for a week, and I cannot even begin to describe how terrible of a professor she is. I got a zero on an assignment that I didn't even know was an assignment, so I E-Mailed her, and she refused to answer my question. She instead chooses to have other students answer for her. Lazy, rude, and incomprehensible,

Super Easy class because the professor is very straight forward...almost too straight forward in some respects. I agree that she comes off extremely rude in her emails. I just learned to stay out of her way, which was easy because it is an online class :)I would recommend this class, just don't expect to make friends with the professor

The online class was great! Everything was laid out in the beginning and there were NO changes. She will provide your papers if you request them. Her responses & grades are always prompt! While emails are sometimes short in length, I never took them to be rude. She just says what she has to say in few words. I'd take her again without a doubt

I think Dr. Sutton's class was great! She is very straightforward on how she wants to receive assignments, and as to how they should be formatted. She is NOT rude, by any means. Someone mentioned her tests were too hard, which started a ruckus, she changed the setup to allow us extra time. Very accommodating, imo. TERRIFIC CLASS! Thanks Dr S. :)

RUDEST TEACHER EVER!! Online class not that hard, but she never sends you back your papers after grading. She always says that she's sending them back so you can review them, but I have yet to get any explaination for my grade. I have a 3.8 GPA and she has been very harsh on grading my papers. How am I supposed to fix the problem with no feedback?!

Sutton is incredibly rude. The class isnt hard but the quizzes take alot of time. They are not stright forward. I honestly cannot explain how rude she is. Her responses are short and with such an attitude. Dont bother trying to be nice to her because she is the rudest!

Notice how everyone says class is easy (well should be, right?). The assignments aren't hard... nor are the article reviews BUT this lady is so rude!!! SHE REALLY IS, and I hate talking bad about teachers bc i love school, but this is true. She responds to u with such a condescending manner n NOT clear bout what she wants either.Be smart stay away

Dr. Sutton's class was not too complicated. Timed quizzes, and 4 writing assignments. She is extremely rude and has no respect for her students. She responds quickly to emails but do not expect them to be pleasant. I had several problems with her and not admitting her own mistakes. Terrible teacher!

Great online class! Tests are str8 forward from the book and obviously open book test as she only teaches online classes. 4 short article summaries and required post on discussion board each week. A really great class!

Dr. Sutton makes it really easy for you to get an A, but she can be really rude. If you do something wrong, she'll definitely let you know about it. Just keep up with the assignments and stay out of her way and you should do fine.

I don't know what the negative ratings are about. This teacher is awesome. Her syllabus couldn't be better laid out and the textbook is awesome. You will learn lots and an A is surely possible. Loved this course and this teacher. She is direct and if your a real slacker she will notice even over the internet :)
