Comment:

The best math professor I have ever had. He is so sweet, I needed this class to graduate, I took this class already but failed it with a different Professor. He goes step by step, and he TRULY cares about you, I really struggle with math and I got a 69.5 and he gave me the C so I could graduate. I was crying and he just smiled. An angel!

Professor Lou is the best!!He is a great person very helpful and kind. If you come to class, partecipate and do your homework you will get an easy A. Infact, he should be more strict since there are a lot of immature kids that play with their(toy) phones during his lessons right in front of him. They dont' deserve to be in his class or in college!

He's a nice man but his class is almost unbearable. It's extremely dragged out and repetitive. He tends to repeat things often and explains things that don't need to be explained (how to read a basic graph, etc). He doesn't let class out early (not a bad thing but so you know). He rambles a lot and you lose interest quickly.

Prof. Lou is amazing !! 4 tests (THAT'S IT). However, you do get a study guide, the 3rd test is a take home and if you do awesome on the final he replaces the lowest of the 1st and 2nd test. I got a 75 on the 2nd test and Aced the final and ended up with an A in the class. There's also plenty of extra credit opportunities. Recommend !1

He comes across so wonderful and helpful. His syllabus and verbiage for his grading system doesn't exactly match. It's just 4 tests and your homework for extra credit along with lab hours that's if he'll except it at the end when you truly need it. He said he'll always help you, well he really didn't help me.

Got an A on the midterm and an A on the Final but I managed a C in the course due to strict participation points that nearly destroyed all the students in my class. I was unaware that even with good grades on my tests my grade is not safe. If he asks you to draw a random picture for participation credit DO IT!

Angel sent from heaven! this man is amazing! He goes really slow to make sure you understand everything and makes the examples funny so you remember. Don't need the book unless you want to do the hw for extra credit. Skipped class a lot towards the end because of work so i bombed one test bad. Only reason i got a B. Easiest test ever.

I am not a math person, and I was not looking forward to taking a math class, but Lou (he told us all to call him "Lou") was the best math teacher I could have imagined!He goes over all material at an easy pace, with amazing clarity. He is also very clear about grades and directions, taking everything step-by-step, and reminding us often. Mygrade:A

A very delightful man. He's pretty much done EVERYTHING from what I can tell from hearing his stories and experiences. VERY easy class. LOTS of extra credit. There's one midterm and one takehome exam as well as a project. All very easy. This guy truly inspired me to become an even better person. bless his soul.

He is awesome! He teaches the class really slowly and breaks the material down like we are 10 years old which can work to anyones advantage if they aren't so good with calculations. He lets us have a formula sheet on all tests & 1 take home test.lots of extra credit. talks a lot and keeps you to the last minute but worth it.

Take good notes in his class b/c most of the time the problems he does in class ends up on the test. He lets you use one sheet of notes during the test and 4 sheets for the final. There is a take home test that he assigns. I would recommend doing the take home test w/ someone else because it covers a lot of materials.

Professor Viggiano is a great teacher, very precise and extremely clear. I did not get a good grade in his class (D) but I would definitely recommend him to other students. He gives out review sheets prior to the test, make sure you do them! Very nice, and super helpful. Take him!!!

One of the most honest teachers on campus, he does everything he can to help you, he even gives a take home test and gives extra credit, one full page of notes allowed each test the only disadvantage would be how humble he is. He said he'd be gone for a year but if you ever get a chance to grace a class he teaches, you'll learn and do well

Prof. Viggiano is the best math teacher I've ever had. I'm an A student in every subject besides math. I got an F in college algebra so decided to try stats since the 2 classes are so different. Prof Viggiano is clear, gives extra credit, gives study guides and is overall just a good person. Best decision I've made in my college education.

the class is very easy and im someone who is horrible at math. he gives you a review sheet and tells you what problem is going to be similar on the test. the problems are identical, he just changes the numbers. and you can use a cheat sheet on the test. very nice guy. i would recommend him.
