She's a great professor. Especially for intro the philosophy.She is a wicked hard grader. Her exams are very hard,so make sure to put a lot of studying in before them. Her paper topics are slightly easier but make sure to be detailed and through. She also loves participation,so it helps to speak up every class.

In response to the comment made below, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could think Prof Keeley is not a nice person. She's probably THE nicest person on campus, and I go out of my way each semester to take one of her classes. She's a complete sweetheart . . . take her class.

a great prof! the material is a little dull, but she is very passionate and made me want to get involved in the class. doing the readind will def. help, and take notes too. it's not an easy A, but if you really think you can get decent grades on her papers and tests. def. take intro with her!

I'm a freshman and she's the best teacher I've had so far. I had no interest in philosophy when I started and now its my favorite class. She's a really interesting teacher and an incredibly nice person. She REALLY knows how to teach . . . take the class.
