Material was interesting and useful, but most of the information given in class is not what shows up on exams. This should've been an easy A for a student like myself and I got a B. Extremely disappointing.

Great guy. Lectures are always interesting. Definitely prep for the exam with the study guide because lectures can get off topic but always educational. Exams are fair as long as you pay attention in class and apply text book material as much as possible. Take him!!!

Such a nice guy, and so funny- always making jokes during the class and trying to keep things interesting. He can be a bit unorganized and his lectures don't always prepare you for the tests. The tests are online take-home, but the questions aren't easy.

really great teacher. I see others say it is a BS class, thats untrue. Its a discussion class and if you participate you understand a lot more as opposed to reading a book. He gives real situations to help convey his message, which I find helpful. He always wants to engage you in conversation and is very wise and tad bit quirky.

Dr. Smith is one of my favorite professors. He's kind and helpful. He listens to his students and he genuinely cares about them. Plus, his thoughts on the world are so profound... he always makes me think. Basically, he's just awesome. I don't have enough good things to say about him. Take him if you can!

Dr. Smith is a teacher who is always available to help students, he knows his students and their needs and will adjust the syllabus to the class' momentum, midterm was a take home and he was very understanding when grading the final project and presentation as the guidelines were slightly unclear

I was surprised Dr. Smith had any negative reviews. One of the nicest guys I've ever met, and he knows his stuff. I'm just finishing up law school, and I'll always say that Dr. Smith is one of the people that got me where I am today. So if you read this, thanks!

This class is so easy, it's a joke. No HW, open notes/book on ALL tests, which are also online. All you do in class is BS and no class on exam days. Only one paper, but it is a pain to write.

One of the WORST teachers ever. Doesn't know any of his student's names and doesn't follow the syllabus. The only positive: all of the tests and quizzes are open book on blackboard. He does not teach any material, he is the biggest joke. I do not know how he has been working at LoCo for so long. Easy class, but a HUGE waste of time and tuition $$$.

Really nice guy buy very disorganized. Class is interesting, but all you really do is BS the whole time (not necessarily a bad thing). Virtually no work at all and EVERY quiz and test is open book and on Blackboard. If you're just looking to get a core class out of the way, take this one.

Prof. Smith is a good guy, but he's a tad disorganized. Tests come right from the readings and are open book, so you don't really have to do the readings for each class. Decent teacher.
