Here lectures are pretty useless and you can get an A by just reading the textbook, but she is a very nice lady who is very passionate about what she does. Her excitement about the material is contagious.

Professor Luccisano is definitely someone who is passionate about sociology, and that shows in her teaching. It's easy to get a good grade in her course if you go to class on a semi-regular basis (pop quizzes) and for the most part read the textbook. She is very approachable, and her notes are very well structured so it's easy to study

This is an easy first year class. Lucy is very nice, and makes the class interactive so you don't fall asleep. She really cares about learning everyones names and will call you by it if you answer questions in class. You are more than just a number to her. Make sure you read the textbook!

Lucissano is a good prof. She responds to emails in a timely fashion, and is always there to help her students if they need it. Just go to class and do your readings and assigments and you will be fine. She does give a lot of petty assignments though, that aren't worth very much...but do them!

By far the worst prof I have ever had. She just read off the slides with no enthusiasm. She has a horrible monotone voice and is very strict and uncessessarily rude. She goes to show that just because you have a PhD doesn't mean you can teach. I will never take a class of hers again and I seriously recommend dropping her course asap!

She is a very nice prof. But a very bad prof. She does not know how to lecture. She means well, and thats why i still go to her lectures. But she just talks out of the the text books and the interest is lost the second she starts speaking. The main point is she means well, but her lectures are tortures.

She is a nice prof but not a great lectuerer she goes through the notes a bit fast and the overheads are always too much you would be trying to get the notes instead of actually being attentive of what she says besides that she is good overall but sometimes she gets tounge tied but, shes good still.
