Lectures are long and boring with no power points. For 2 and a half hours the prof just talks. He has a lot of knowledge and illustrates with a lot of examples, but hard to keep track of what he is saying without any slides or key points, he goes off on tangents A LOT! Hard marker, most people get C or C+ in his class

His lectures are long-winded, and his marking is hard. He can't even explain his writing expectations for the exam- and the whole course is made up of essays! Online readings are excessive. On average: 5-8 'mandatory' readings, plus several recommended readings. He cares about the subject, but often goes on tangents.

Listen guys, I am a very hard working student and I pull straight As. This man gave me a C. He deducts marks for the stupidest reasons. And will NOT negotiate. When he handed out student essays he was met with a line up of complains after class. As I looked at every one else’s essays I saw was C, C+ or C-.

You WILL get no higher than a "C" in this man's class. If you go out on cigarette breaks with him, then you have a chance of getting a "B"; maybe. VERY unreasonable and retarded marker. JUST TAKE ANOTHER NATS COURSE....IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN MAINTAINING AN "A" AVERAGE. I MADE A BIG MISTAKE.

Great class! The prof is funny and ver easy going. His lectures are intresting and provides many great examples of everything he talks about. Fair marker and is always available for help. He encourages discussions and is very open about different opinions in class and in any essays or assignments.

I am in the nursing program. I'd like to take courses with this professor as I found his course website very interesting and this man obviously knows his work and is generous enough to share it.
