She was not the worst professor I have ever had to deal with. The only thing I hated was she grades discussions like quizzes and if she does not agree with you, she will take points off. MAKE SURE TO READ!

After taking her class, I lose my interest and motivation about Sociology. She does not admit opinions if that is not exact same hers. Her grading is very subjective and I feel like this sociology class is like math class that I have to do the definite answers she wants to hear.

I don't love online classes, but Prof. Milner made the class fun. Definitely put a lot of thought and effort into each lesson and sent out email reminders regularly to keep us on track. Really wanted all the students to do well. She was really organized and I liked that I always knew what my grade was. Would take her again.

Porfessor Lynette Milner is not clear and does not give back good feedback. She assigns reading and in your own opinions discuss about it but she would deduct points because she didnt like what I wrote. Irrelvant test questions. Ive never had a problem with online classes until now.

Seriously was so excited to take this class because I am so interested in sociology and was surprised to find out how hard it was. Every single little thing I turned in was wrong if it wasn't her opinion I wish that I would have not taking the online course and just gone in person because it was too difficult to understand what she wanted.

I LOVE HERRR. Little paper assignments here & there. No biggy. Longest lectures ever, but thank her for breaks and encouragement! & writing EVERYTHING down, are going to be your life for the tests. That's it. You'll thank me later ;) Taking her class is a must!

Go to class read the assignments and take good notes of both, participate, you will get an A. You make a group cheat sheet to use for the exams. There is a comprehensive final, not all questions are from previous tests. 2 easy papers, one dropped and easy group presentation. She's very entertaining and nice! But can be a lil misleading on grading.

Go to class read the assignments and take good notes of both and you have to be a dummy not to get an A. She lets you make a group cheat sheet to use for the exams. There is a comprehensive final but the questions are from the previous 4 tests. 2 super easy papers, one can drop and super easy group presentation. She's very entertaining and nice!

Professor Milner is great. This is an intro class and isn't extremely demanding but it is college and attendance in all classes as well as doing work is necessary to succeed...I appreciate prof Milner kindness. It must take a lot for her to put up with all the riff-raff that comes through her doors. Go to class and read and u will do fine.

You have to take Sociology so you may as well take it with a teacher is very helpful and forgiving (even though she sounds like a teakettle). Not a very interesting class, but as long as you come every session and pay attention you will get an A. She lets you ask questions during tests and helps you with the answer by jogging your memory.

Kinda kooky but in a good way. Speak up in class to get bonus points; they will add up in the end. Makes tests easy (all M/C) and tells you what will be on them beforehand. One group pres. but it is easier than it looks like. Great class overall.

Intro to Sociology (ONLINE) Had no interest in this class; just took to fufull GE. This class was hard- you were expected to thoroughly read the text and watch videos provided through website. Review other reading materials and give report. However, this class turned out to be very interesting and she is extremely helpful/ kind! Easy A if you try.

Was a very nice lady. Just don't disrupt her class especially while she is talking or it will make her very upset. Respect her and she'll respect you. Lots of reading but it is interesting stuff. Tests have a few totally random questions from a video or the reading that are almost impossible to remember for a test.
