the worst spanish teacher i have ever had. If you are on her bad side, you're screwed. all the main currents classes are the same at assumption. she is boring and lectures the whole class, and is the kind of teacher that doesnt think you have any other classes besides hers. avoid her if you can

The thing about Magda is that you MUST prove yourself to her. If you thought Guerrero was hard you haven't seen anything yet because Magda is all about work and you have to work HARD to get and A. She makes you learn whether she forces it down your throat or not. I would only take her if you are serious about spanish. She is no joke.

Prof. DeMoor was one of the very best professors that I have ever had... I agree with the comments about her being difficult, so if you are just taking Spanish to fufill a requirement, you should change your schedule, but if you are serious about Spanish and really wish to improve - stay with her - she is THE BEST.

When you see Demoor on your schedule swith out immediately. She is very hard. She is not understanding. Teaching Spanish to freshmen is hard in itself. But she expects you to know things you haven't learned. Good luck if you have her. She is a very hard grader! :(
