She argues with people in class about her political beliefs. She requires everyone to buy her horrible book that has wrong translations, and in some cases no translations what so ever. Don't think you can try to read her book at home to catch up, most pages are just pictures, You have to attend class just to find out why the pictures are there

I wish I would have taken Spanish with a different teacher, besides the fact she's rude to everyone, she openly makes fun of retarded people, she tries to make all her lectures political, and she gives out grades based on how well she likes you and not what you earned. Furthermore she teaches useless words like how to say t-shirt in Venezuela

I had span1&2 with her.She knows how to prepare the students for the future concepts.The assignments and homeworks may need time to master, but this is a language course!! There are over100 new words in each chapter,and if you are absent or choose not to do the homeworks, you won't succeed.She helped me a lot and I'm glad to take her class.

I am writing this in English because Profesora Andrade failed to teach me any spanish. She expects you to learn everything on your own time and spends most of the class period doing group exercises. She can be rude and condescending at times. Her tests are difficult and a good amount of homework. Worst professor I have ever had at IVC.

This is an awesome teacher, and I HIGHLY recommend you to take her if you are going to take a Spanish course. Her class is very interesting and social. She reviews everything with us VERY well, and usually I have about half of the chapter already memorized prior to the exams, which makes it a lot easier. She is also very fair on the exams.

Professor Andrade is an intelligent, capable teacher with much experience in teaching Spanish at all levels. She is humble and kind to the students who try hard, and she goes out of her way to help. She is definitely approachable. Most importanly, she makes Spanish interesting. I would like to take her class again if I could.

I am very respectful when it comes to older people and even those I dont like. I dont like her!!! She is inappropriate and just rude! She makes you feel __ <--that small! I sure hope she hurries up to find a boyfriend cause thats all she ever talks about; thats and how much she's fat and likes to eat...maybe thats why she doesn't have one yet. Profesora Andrade was very intelligent, witty, engaging, entertaining and fair. She expects everyone to work hard, but she makes learning Spanish fun and interesting. If you study and do all the work (of which there isn't a large amount), there is no reason why you shouldn't get an "A" in her class. I definitely recommend her as a professor.
