He has absolutely no knowledge on the material. He just keeps saying "you know" and draws some lines on the board. He's always late and leaves early, he reasons his latency by "Things KHappen". Waste of time and energy to even listen to him.

His course website still says 2008. Even marks are from 2008. He mentioned that he forgot the password and is too lazy to get it reset. WTF?? That just pretty much gives you an idea of this god send teacher. AVOID HIM. He will sodomize your GPA.

He's useless, he puts slides up he didn't make and rambles on a tangent without really covering them. His exams aren't tough in nature but because he pulls things from the most random of places, some of which he never covered, it is pretty easy to screw them up.

Sign up for his course but attend Younes classes. Why? Luna is a good/fair marker but if you want to learn, attend Younes. DO NOT SIGN UP for YOUNES class (HARD/PICKY marker with class average 30-40%). With Luna you have a chance of getting a GOOD GRADE.

This guy has NO idea what he is doing! I just wrote the final exam and we didnt even get our assignments back, we didnt even get out marks for them!.. Half the stuff on the exam I didnt even know i had to know.. This guy is the LAZIEST prof i have ever seen!

Overall I actually learned useful things from this class, mainly on my own and through the assignments. I would suggest going to TA hours even if you know what you are doing. The prof is kinda lazy BUT a very nice guy. The midterm was kind of out of place and the questions were weird but he belled the marks :) I yet have to write the final. :P GL!

Most people will agree that he is a horrible teacher, but for assignments and mid-term/exam, students should just get last yrs assignments and mid term. He's BEEN USING the same exams & assignments for atleast the past 3 years. If your lazy and know previous Itec students of Luna, i recommend you to take this course

This class was only taught by Younes and Luna. This is the easier of the two according to many. I didn't find the course very hard at all, and as long as you pay attention to the answers to the assignments + lecture slides, you'll be fine for the exam. Not too many surprises here.

Did not learn anything from him in class, had to teach myself everything...dude draws confusing diagrams and has trouble explaining course material, to the point that we have to correct him. Nice guy; but picks favorites and can be mean to others..Takes very long time marking. Advice: stay on good side, attend Younes' lectures and read the book.

Taught Itec1000 the first time and I can tell you he screwed up my time. First off he cancelled the mid-term exam, than he had us do 4 assignments which are based on the questions in the textbook. (Easy)Overall, he isn't good at organizing. Funny, but I wouldn't take any of his classes ever again.
