Was able to use an online version of text for free. Aprox 95% of your points are test (spelling counts, no word bank on practicals). He does not grade on a curve. We were able to discard our worst lecture test grade but that's it. Points are scarce in this class so if you don't test well do yourself a favor a take it in Iron Mtn. He is a nice guy

This class is tough, but A&P is a tough class. Marc is a great guy and is very approachable. He really cares about his students. Go to class. Use his Powerpoints as a framework to take more in-depth notes at home. Watch his YouTube lecture videos. His tests are almost 100% on what he lectures on, not the text. Sit in the front and pay attention!

A and P was not an easy class, but Marc was a wonderful teacher. You learn the material in depth, and he actually teaches it much better than most professors at big schools. I thought he was the best biology teacher I've had yet.

Marc is an amazing teacher, he knows his stuff. The people on here saying he is arrogant and rude and hard to get a hold of are wrong. I found Marc very easy to talk to and he explained things well if approached in a respectful manner.

He is an amazing professor. His class is difficult but if you put in the time and effort you can get a very good grade! He is willing to help you if you need it without hesitation and wants you to succeed! Great teacher... makes me wish I was still at Bay College!

Show up to class and pay attention. He utilizes powerpoint and has you take notes from the presentation and other bits from lecture. I wrote my notes inside my text book to images that corresponded with his powerpoint. Do not attempt to challenge him in class or on lunch, he will refuse. He has office hours and they are posted. Good Professor.

Marc is an excellent teacher and really tries to explain things on an easier level. If you did not do well in this class then you either didn't study, didn't take good notes, or didn't speak up when you needed to. I had no problem getting an A.

I did really well in this class. The way I did it was took the notes he presented then read about everything that was in the notes, in the book. I would spend about 8-10 hours the night before the test cramming and managed to get an A. I loved that class.

Good instructor. He knows how to handle a chainsaw. Once demonstrated how to cook an entire chicken dinner using only a bunson burner. The class would have been perfect if not for all those puppies running around.
