Comment:

She is a little strict on your outlines and speeches but nothing that is unreasonable. She tells you exactly what she wants and has examples in her course packet. Only a tiny portion of your grade is the quality of the delivery of the speech so this is a great class for those afraid of public speaking. I would 100% take Marcia again.

Take Moore if this is your 1st com class ever. She makes everything so easy to understand and is extremely helpful. She wants her students to pass. There are 5 online quizes but they're open book! Get your work done and you'll easily pass the class.

Great teacher, she is very funny and keeps you awake during lectures. She grades on the hard side but if you show up for class and take notes you will do good. Exams are hard and confusing but ask question before you take them and you will pass...Over all very nice teacher..highy recommend

Marcia is an excellent professor! She's very clear about what she expects of you and also has a great sense of humor! She's always willing to help and provides excellent feedback on your speeches so you can keep on improving. If you're willing to work hard and learn then Marcia Moore is definately who you want to take for speech.

Marcia's not a bad teacher. She can be unclear at times but if you do the work and recheck with her shes fair. She is confusing on powerpoints. She wants them to make sence to the viewer and then asks you to do crazy things that cause distractions with them. I pulled a good grade but I did all the work and showed up on time every class session.

I think she is a good teacher. Papers are sort of hard but if you answer the questions exactly like she asked you to you will get an easy A. You have to think in her class. We got pizza when we watched movies. She is nice and relaxed. I enjoy going to her class.

I took honors speech, and she seemed really cool at first, but then started giving us so much busy work that we had no time to do anything else. She was a rediculous grader when it came to speeches. It was insane, nothing was good enough for her. No one did well. I'd avoid her.
