I found her to be highly offensive. She didn't seem to be very knowledgeable of the material, but that shouldn't be too much of a hindrance since the material's really easy and you teach it to yourself anyway. From my experience with other classes with her, she seems to make otherwise easy classes difficult for non-academic reasons

Hocking has a bad habbit of hiring professors with very little education. This is one of them (Mark Woltz is another). This is also reflected in their teaching ability - which is horrible. These people need to get another job - or go back to college and learn to teach. People (can't call them prof.) like this is why Hocking has a bad reputation

You would think that an institution of higher education would require their faculty to at least know something about what they are assigned to teach. I don’t consider what she does “teaching†at all. She is more like a prison guard. If you want to learn anything about the subjects she teaches, pick any other instructor or go to a different college.

I pitty anyone who didn't already know VB before attending her class. She has little to no grasp of what's going on beyond what is shown in the book and seems to spend more time devising ways to hold back advanced students. She actually accidently deleted someone's lab via "Lan School." *sigh*

This woman doesn't have a clue what she is doing. I have witnessed more teaching skills from a 3rd grade crossing guard. No one in the class knows what is due, or how to do what is assigned. She spends her time waiting for someone to browse the internet so she can sign them out of "her" lab, as if she owns anything except CURTAINS for CLOTHES !!

Aside from her ability to block out the sun with her enormity this "teacher" for a lack of a better term, she is the most useless teacher in existance. Here let me come to your school paying to sit in a class where I will read the book that you don't even understand and teach myself how to program Html. I love this class. The sarcasm is thick =)
