Hilarious stories. Worth going to class just to hear them. Unstructured format, looks for discussions. I didn't learn much though, mostly repeated Great Political Thinkers. If you know the theorists this will be super easy.

I really liked this prof, he used humour a lot and it was quite pleasant, he knows alot about rights and law and is excellent at teaching. Not very much for organized structure, but good none the less.

Learned more than in most other classes, level of lectures is slightly higher than average, so it may go over your head if you don't do the required readings. Do your work and show interest in the subject matter, and you will be rewarded. Extremely kind person, no doubt a genius, with the usual idiosyncrasies of one.

An absolutely excellent professor and all around great individual to come across at the U of M. Incredibly experienced and intelligent while at the same time completely laid back and hillarious. What more could one ask for in a prof - especially at this university!

Appallingly Arrogant. Doesn't really teach you about anything all that relevant. I left his class feeling kind of cheated. His class could have been far more than it was, had he bothered to prepare in advance and apply himself.

What an awesome guy. He likes to provoke discussion, and cover dry and boring material in a fun and sarcastic manner. Talks a lot about speeding tickets, but that's easy to understand in light on how boring talking about human rights can become. Highly recommended!
