Comment:

Nicest biology professor! Can be dry but her quirky sense of humor is hilarious. Genuinely cares about her students. Lots of information, and you will need to know it ALL on the exams. But exams were very fair, no trick questions. She will beat a concept to death to make sure you get it. Fantastic experience, but I worked hard for my grade.

First off, she is a really nice lady and a good person. I took her Cell Bio class cause this site said she was pretty easy, when it turns out she gives you a super load of information and then on the test its all conceptual. Know everything you can about the labs cause it's half the test.

Nelson is awesome! She's really helpful in office hours and she's a pretty easy grader as well. Her lectures drag on a bit but she doesn't like to waste your (or her) time during labs so she has you come to class later or lets you leave early.

Funny, nice, enthusiastic. Lectures sometimes seem to drag on forever, but she writes all notes on the board, so if you zone out, it is easy to catch up. Tests aren't too bad, they very conceptual--she doesn't require you to memorize countless vocab words or long synthesis reactions.
