Frankly, she's downright mean at times. If you give a wrong answer, she'll say something that makes you feel dumb. You need to be in your seat with a pen and paper ready for a "dictado" on the dot. I thought it was so rude how she wouldn't wait 10 seconds for everyone to pull out a sheet of paper before launching into the oral quiz.

I took this professor because i was told she nice. She is not, she will make you feel dumb and put you on the spot, she does not listen to her kids concerns. She speaks too fast and only writes in cursive. She has no patience and gets frustrated easily. If you struggled in spanish 101 do not take her! she is no help and just brings you down.

This was an online course that requires reading every chapter and also watching the online lectures the professor posts on BB. If you do not read YOU WILL NOT PASS. There was lots of homework activities, presentations, essays and discussions every week. Syllabus due dates and BB dates sometimes did not match. Time consuming definitely.

Very rude. unorganized. On the day of the online final, she posted it AN HOUR AND A HALF after the time stated on the syllabus, because she was on vacation. No heads up at all, people worked their schedules around the stated final time. Very disrespectful to her students & their time. Needs to realize she is teaching adults not 3rd graders. avoid.

She's an excellent professor, i actually had the opportunity to learn a lot of stuff in this classroom. She made lessons super interesting and gave you the grade you really deserved. She's the one who made me change my major to Spanish :)

She's an excellent professor and nice even though sometimes shes in bad mood. (she brings snacks for the class, well sometimes) Just be on time on class & study for the "dictados". Midterms are a very easy format. Just do your work, be respectful and you will be great.!

Señora goes by the syllabus, textbook essential & due all the assignments. There will be daily “dictados” of the new terminology of at the beginning of the class so, make sure you are ALWAYS on time! There will be 2 "traducciónes" English to Spanish. There are 3 exams which are simple if you do all the work & it's also important to participate!!

This teacher is by far the worst professor I have taken. She makes countless spelling mistakes/ grammar mistakes, and the test questions are written horribly. Avoid at all class. I was supposed to have another teacher, but she got pink slipped. They did not pink slip this teacher since she has been working here for 20 years. Avoid for your sanity

It's hard to talk about this teacher without profanity, so let's just say I loath her. Her tests/ grading is really unfair. She gives quizzes everyday, and most of her questions are tricky. This class was tough. She used the department tests and I believe never looked at them, so though she "reviewed" for the test, it was somewhat a shot in the dark for what to study. She seemed nice at first, but it was sort of just a facade at times. She can be grouchy a bit. I recommend taking a different professor for this class.

It is worth taking her class if you are already smart. i took her for spanish 514 poetry and enjoy her class very much. she knows her subject very well.
