professor Acevedo is the best; however being Frank if you are looking to actually learn the material, don't take her, i recommend someone else, but if your looking for those A's then take her. her assignments are easy, and although the work load is heavy, its not hard at all. if this was not my last semester, i would take her again!

I enjoyed her lectures on policymaking and evaluation. She's a nice & very knowledgable professor. Her syllabus is organized and clear about her expectations for the class. Assignments are fair & the final is a take-home exam which is formatted as a paper. There is only one presentation in class, which I did regarding the current "Housing Crisis".

She is a very nice lady, but wouldn't recommend her if you actually want to learn something. All assignments/exams are done online *cough* GOOGLE *cough*. Don't buy her textbook (I didn't, it would've been a waste of money). She assigns exit assignments as part of your attendance grade, so you pretty much should show up. Take if you want an easy A.

Honestly, if you want to get an easy A, then I recommend you take her. She gives a lot of extra credit, no reason why you should fail her class. You really don't need to pay attention in class, all her quizzes and tests are online and you can even do them in groups. Great professor

Prof Garcia was easy. Don't bother buying the textbook or taking any notes. 2 quizzes and 1 midterm and 1 final. All are online. Attendance is mandatory. Short class work collected each day - can be done in groups. Make friends in case you can't make it to class to sign you in. Do all of the extra credit assigned.

All the exams are online. She gives exercises at the end of class for credit kind of like an incentive to show up. All of her lecture slides are online, and she gives a study guide for exams. She's very generous with extra credit. There's more extra credit than actual assignments.

Classes are mostly her just lecturing and can be a bit boring. She does have an accent, but it's not bad; I didn't have any problems understanding her. There weren't a whole lot of assignments and she's a pretty easy grader. She will sometimes give opportunities for extra credit, so there's no reason not to get a good grade. Overall, she's fine.

This was the easiest political science (155) class that I ever took. All of her quizs, assignments, midterms, and final exam is all online (moodle), so that's more convenient. She also gives lot of extra credit to boost up your grade. However, be expected to do some work activity that she assign because that would be your attendance of being here.

She is so monotone and the lectures feel like they take forever, but it is such an easy A. She counts attendance by assigning an exercise at the very end of class so you kind of have to go. I would never pay attention. We had a couple of 2 page essays that were no biggie, a midterm, quiz, and a final.

Her class is straight forward. She gives her exams and quizes online. She is a really nice and smart lady. If you need that A take her class, pretty easy class to pass. But she does give an exitslip at the end of each class thats the way she take attendance.

She's way easy. You have three online tests you can do in groups, and some, you can re-do. Anyone who complains about her accent is being petty. It's not that bad of an accent, you're being ridiculous, and even if that was the case, she sends the lectures to you through email. All the quiz material is in the links, and she gives out study guides.

She gave more extra credit than actual assignments. A very easy ge course. You should show up for class everyday, since she takes attendance by the group work you do. Opened the textbook maybe five times throughout the whole semester. Her quizzes, midterm, and final were online.

Easiest A ever. Just went to her class twice, all the exams "2 quizzes, 2 midterm, final" and most of the extra credits "2 pages essay" are online. Don't take this class with her if you want to learn. All the exams are multiple choice, 20 Q for the quizzes 40 for the midterm 60 for the final. There is a group Q for each class.

Fairly easy class. Everything is straight forward, 2 quizzes, midterm & final. Offers a decent amount of extra credit that are worth a lot of points!! She has a heavy accent and can be monotone so if that's a problem for you then maybe take a different class. Otherwise, her class is an easy A :)

It's my first college year and I just took AP government but if you took SOME type of Gov, this is the easiest mf class you'll take. She gave more extra credit than hw, if she didn't take attendance I would not show up it was that easy. All the tests were online. ALL& she swears we'll use the book, but nah. Google is your bffl. Honestly if you really want to learn Political Science DO NOT TAKE HER. Her accent is so heavy and her lectures are soooo boring. BUT if you want an easy A, TAKE THIS CLASS. she offers so much extra credit. Do those. She also gives an exercise at the end of every class so she knows you were there. It doesn't even have to make sense just do it.

Very nice lady. She is very intelligent in mexican politics. Offers lots of extra credit. One huge 12 page essay. Gives a couple essays. If you ask she will help you with anything even change the due date of the assignment. Brings in a lot of guest speakers to class.
