She offers no help whatsoever. I am taking her course online, and have had countless difficulties with the programs, as well as scheduled sessions she makes us come to (for an online course?). I work full time and the reason for taking a course online is to fit into my schedule. She just passes on her problems to other people.

I love her! I had her for 1000, which I took on-campus, and again this time for 1001 by distance. She was helpful and kind, and didn't provide any more work than any other language prof would. Made me want to declare my minor for Spanish! She will bend over backwards to help you if you put in the effort. I highly recommend!

Had her through Distance Ed. She talks completely in Spanish from day 1... Considering it's an intro. course you would think she'd talk a bit more in English! There's a lot of little assignments work 3% each and there's something due almost every week. I find her very all over the place and the resources for the course are scattered all over.

I love her. I think she is super nice and her tests are pretty easy. She marks harder on you if you do really well, however, but I believe it is just because she knows you can do well. I am doing extremely well in the course and I am taking span 1001 with her by distance next semester. She speaks mostly spanish in class but it helps you learn.

Was not a fan of her teaching methods whatsoever. The majority of the material I had to teach myself outside of class since it was impossible to understand her half the class as she hardly spoke english. Tried making appointments with her but she would cancel without giving me prior warning until I came to her office. She has ruined spanish for me!

Great course material. Difficulties in getting in contact with prof, hard not hearing back in a couple of days for a distance course.Too many mandatory sources required for papers with a small word length. Unclear directions. Overall, alright course.

She taught distance introductory spanish this year. She is helpful and will set times to meet online if you need extra help. Her tests are fairly easy and she is very very nice, has a great personality and is down to earth. Her accent is awesome too. Only complaint for distance would be that she sometimes took a while to reply to students posts.

Prof Rodriques does a great job at making the class interesting because she is pretty creative in our activities. She is not always clear and that is why it is important to go see her in her office hours to ask questions, etc. She is very pleasant and not a rigid marker.
