Comment:

A very good class considering it was at 8am during the summer. Prof. Sampanis really knows her materials and gives out a lot of useful information. I learned a lot from this class that also helps you with ECN 160A. She jokes around which helps us stay awake. Did poorly on the midterm but still managed to get an A- from the class!

Before 9/11 she was captivating. After, she lost focus. Still great lectures, good sense of humor. Really knows her topic.

I'd recommend her! This class ended up being one of my favorite classes. It's not too difficult if you do the reading, pretty straight forward. Good use of humor in making class more interesting.

Easy class. The project seemed like a big waste of time, but at lease it is an easy grade. She is a good teacher and lecture is interesting. I guess it is just a good and easy class to slack off if you are an IR or POL major.
