I took a new course she offered here in the fall called Love, Actually. I was very pleased with how the course turned out. It is very interesting and she really is awesome. She will always help you if youre struggling with a paper and even though sometimes she grades a little tough it makes you write better the next time. AWESOME prof & class.

She is one of the best professors that I have ever had in my life. She is so nice, caring, helpful and hilarious. Her teaching materials are really understandable. She makes the class become way more interesting. She is a perfect human-being.

Professor Dainton's interpersonal com class was probably the highlight of my college experience so far. She's very witty and veryy approachable. In order to pass, just make sure you take notes from her powerpoint because the homework and tests are literally from the powerpoints/ lectures. She makes the info easy to understand. Overall, a fun class.

Beast teacher ever, in com 102 course she gives a study guide one week before the upcoming exam everything on the test is on her study guide. She is very straight forward with the material that she wants her students to learn. The only reading that you basically have to do is look for definition of the terms from her power points in the textbook.

Awesome teacher. Makes class so enjoyable and interesting. She's very clear, gives great examples, has great structure with her notes. I can tell she actually wants to be there and that she likes her job and her students. Tests are not too difficult, very straightforward. she makes it clear that she isn't trying to trick us and wants us to do well.

Great professor. She makes class enjoyable. The course work is straight forward and not overwhelming. Her tests are extremely difficult though. I would not recommend this to anyone who's just trying to take an easy elective, but if you do take her you will enjoy the class overall.

She has students call her by her first name, and also curses a lot in class. She's very understanding and nice about things. She makes the lectures extremely entertaining and uses a lot of examples and gets us involved. Would definitely recommend taking her. Tests are a little on the memorization side but she held reviews the night before for them.

Probably the coolest person you will ever meet. She gives plenty of notes so don't miss class unless you know someone who can let you borrow their notes. We had a group paper and a group presentation which were not the best, but ok. Class is laid-back compared to what she expects in tests but she is passable, so I recommend her to all Comm majors.

Dainton is an amazing professor! Her tests are hard, so be prepared to read the material and study. However, she has a great sense of humor, is very entertaining, and will help you with anything and everything. She helped me change my career path and guided me along the way. I've taken her 3 times already, will most likely take her again!

Professor Dainton is a very entertaining professor. She is very energetic and fun during her lectures. However, her exams are completely overloaded with material. She offers extra credit, which can tremendously help during those tough exam times. Study hard and you should get through it. Highly recommend her!

Dainton is an amazing person, however as a teacher I believe she gives extremely difficult exams that are overloaded with information. After her having her for two different communication classes (102 and 205) I have realized that I enjoy the time I spend in class because she is entertaining. However, when the exam time comes, I feel screwed.

She is so sweet and helpful. You do need to study and work hard to do well, but she will help you in any way she can. She makes the class interesting and genuinely loves what she does and it shows. Need textbook for tests and have to go to class because she does a lot of notes.

Honestly speaking, Dainton's stuff can be hard if you fall behind or skip on lectures but time flies in her class! She really gets into the lesson with reenactments and life stories she tells. It was entertaining and helpful for her exams. She has probably been my favorite professor thus far.
