I had the most horrible experience with her. I am used to have nothing under an A and I got my first and only B+ with her. Very hard, boring (no powerpoint or visual support and she verbally quotes long texts which you have to write down and remember verbatim on the exam day). Make yourself a favor, do not take her course, you won't learn much!

I don't even get how someone in social science could write "feminist" as a comment. I guess that this speaks for the intellectual level of those people... Marie Blanche Tahon is among the brightest teacher at Ottawa U. You will learn a lot in her class assuming you are a good student. I have yet to learn from any good students who didnt like her.
