Professor Berman is so cute! She is very good at explaining things and is very enthusiastic about the class! Before every test, she tells you exactly what's on it and how you will be asked which is SUPER helpful. Vocabulary quizzes once a week but she drops the lowest. Some group assignments done in class. TAKE HER CLASS. She's so sweet.

Literally the cutest professor I've ever had. She would even wear sunglasses during class sometimes. And class was at 9 am. Not hard, willing to help and really wants you to do well in the class. She is so enthusiastic, one of my favorite classes I've ever taken at JMU : )

She is the cutest person ever! Class is so funny. We watched a lot of music videos. Material is really easy. Drops lowest quiz score. Tests are reasonable. I loved her for 101 so I took her for 102, too. Take her!

Mrs. Berman is a funny and likeable teacher and I enjoyed her class. The tests tend to be on the difficult side for a lower-level Italian class but they're not unmanageable. She moves fast through the material and expects you to learn it at her pace. Recommended.

I love her, she cracks me up! She is very cute and makes learning italian fun haha. She is a great instructor and for someone who is not very good at foreign languages, she is very encouraging. I am going to take her again next semester, so i would definitely recommend her.

I love Professor Berman! She is so nice and laid back. Her class is easy. Only 10 vocab quizzes and 3 tests and a final thats no cumulative. As long as you study and put some effort into the class you'll come out with a solid B or B+. You really have to work hard for an A though.
