i literally am terrible at math and mark made me LOVE math and LOVE myself. he is so approachable understanding and it shines through during his lectures i really appreciate him because he is essentially in a class with people who suck at math yet he treats you with respect.

I have never written on this site, although I have used it..I found it necessary to give Mark a great review. He really breaks down math and I found myself enjoying it for the first time. He is a great teacher and has no problem with explaining things to you. Honestly wish I could have him for my future math classes.

I hated math before Uncle Mark'c class and I dreaded going every day, but it became a pleasure. Attending class for only an hour on a daily basis was so much more effective than the two hours twice a week I have now. Best teacher for the math-phobic!

He is by far the best Math teacher I have EVER taken. If you are able to get this teacher and pass him up you are an idiot. His homework assignments are EXTRA BONUS PERCENTAGE POINTS. His break down of lessons make it almost impossible not to get. Not only will you understand, I will bet you won't forget any of it. Amazing.

Awesome Teacher! I didnt know a lot when i got into his class..The fact he didnt teach straight out of the book helped me so much! before his class i didnt know fractions, or intergers.. and now im better. Also.. he DOES NOT make you feel stupid about asking a question! whoever said that is rediculous!

I have never been so confused. His teaching style does not help me at all. He says the book is useless and that its always wrong, but he want you to read about the material before he teaches it. He goes off topic often, anything from his ex-wife to politics. If you ask a question he makes you feel like an idiot because you asked.

AMAZING!! Made class fun even if you are not a math person. Some days the lecture could get boring, but he does not care if you skip class. He will allow you to take the final early and then stop going to class. He was amazing!! Would definitely recommend him!!!

He makes the class fun, very easy class everything is extra credit but here is the catch, he teaches you something new everyday and once you learn it that one time it's up to you to practice it. The only time you will go over it again is close to the final test.

Mark is a great teacher. His class can be a bit hectic at times but overall I learned a lot. All the homework is extra credit, and the only thing that is graded is your final exam. I got a 70% on the final and had like 35% worth of extra credit, so I finished the class with a 105% AWESOME!!!

He's an amazing teacher, unfolds algebra like I have never before understood it. The problem is he has no control over his classroom. It's loud and chaotic. He gives homework only for extra credit and the midterm is only extra credit so the only grade is the final. He has no rules in his class. Its hard to be a serious student but he can teach!!!

By far one of the best teachers at WCC, no question. I HATE MATH!!! But I loved going to his class. That is what makes him such a great teacher, the fact that he can make the class fun, and at the same time have the ability to teach a monkey Algebra. Whether u like his jokes or not, u will pass the class and have fun doing it.

At first I was really turned off by the single man blue collar comedy tour but as the semester went on it made it a break from my everyday class routine. Ive never been good at math but he made it so easy to understand it was amazing. He really does care about his students and what he does.His spirit is infectious, you will love math when hes done.

Without a doubt, the funniest teacher I had. I knew the material when I had entered, but I kept an interest and actually looked forward to his classes. Very satirical, very funny, and very helpful teacher. If anyone at WCC is given a chance to have this guy as your MTH169 teacher, do everything to get him.
