Mark Clark is a very enjoyable teacher. He is super nice. Material is a little boring in the beginning, but gets better towards the end of the semester. Both tests turned into take home tests, and we wrote two papers. He is a pretty easy grader. Easy to get a good grade if you just try a little. He likes it if you participate in class discussions!

He's a great guy and a great teacher all around. He's less concerned about homework assignments and exams than he is about really making his points in class and having a good discussion about literature. I would definitely recommend this class if you have an interest in Medical Humanities and want a great professor!

Nice. Helpful. Preferential to females and students who participate. Puts a lot of assignments in syllabus but is easily swayed to eliminate work. My section had two 2 page papers, one 4 page paper, one 6-10 page reflection, 18 service hours, group presentation. Very helpful. Good guy.

Best english teacher ever! He is hilarious and easily goes off topic, but makes it connect in the end. The coursework is easy- he tells you all you need to know about the books so you dont really have to do more then skim the books. SO fun!

i LOVE this man. he is so funny and passionate about english it makes me inspired to do more writing. he does expect you to keep up with homework but doesnt punish you if you dont. i felt bad if i missed any class or assignment. he thinks tests are "too stressful" so theyre all take home. take him if you need and english credit

He is a really funny guy! His class has no attendance policy and as long as you have the syllabus you can easily keep up/read ahead. Don't be intimidated by the number of novels, we were only "tested" on 3 of them. The tests are take-home essay questions and hes an easy grader! I highly recommend taking him if you want an easy A!

Crossroads, Path to Enlightenment! I really feel that this class changed my life and the kind of physician that I want to be. It's easy to get an A in this class, but this class will challenge the way that you think. Dr. Clark really cares about his students. He's funny and random, but he'll teach you much about life if you let him.
