He was very enthusiastic about the subject and made the class enjoyable. He teaches what you need to know to design circuits and skips over a lot of the things that you would just look up in a table. For electronics 2 the grade comes only from lab reports and a take home final.

Really great and enthusiastic teacher. Explained everything very well. Easy going professor jokes around in class. Homework is optional but helps you understand it better. Does examples in class exactly like what is going to be on quizzes. Pay attention in class and take notes and you'll pass the class.

Great, enthusiastic teacher! 4 quizzes, 1 exam, each worth 20%, 20 questions each (a little intimidating). He taught it after Dr. Rust retired, so there weren't any cribs, and his homework was open-ended so it was a little tough to predict what would be on the quizzes, but overall things went pretty well. Very fair and helpful.

Very fair. Understands student's point of view. Puts you to work, but is not unreasonable. Clear teacher. Can appear to be somewhat condesending, but this is minor, and really just the teacher side of his personality. Good guy, and I would take another class with him.
