I have a pet gerbil that taught me more about administrative law than mark walters. very boring man - the most boring man in fact - but very handsome. get a good outline and dont go to class. 90% of his lectures are useless. DUNSMUIRRRRR + good outline = :) . most painful class to attend ever.

Probably one of the most humblest professor I have ever come across. Very helpful, incredibly smart and not slightly presumptious. Goes out of his way to answer questions also. Assigns managable readings and genuinely seems to care.
