Incredibly engaging lecturer. However, he is more interested in using the course to discuss his personal recommendations for intellectual property reform, rather than basic IP concepts. Don't expect to learn anything practical about IP. You will however learn a fair amount of British pop culture trivia.

He's an interesting professor who sometimes irritates, sometimes amuses. He knows his stuff, and is personally very likable. He's an arrogant ass, and yet endearing. I disagree with him on the CANS issue, but if all students are in the same position, what does it really matter?
