You won't fall asleep in lecture, but you might also have a hard time understanding him, he has a heavy German accent and scribbles on the chalkboard but he's really funny and energetic so I still mostly enjoyed lectures Don't skip tutorials, and definitely do whatever practice problems he gives out..

Man, he's tough. Can be unclear at times, but he makes you work and you really learn a LOT. Get to know him, he's very different 1x1 vs. lecture. He is extremely well versed in his field, just not the best at communicating. You're thrown into a pit with 3K04, get ready to learn how to crawl out.

This guy is an amazing prof. Excellent presentation style, and a perfectly organized course. He's extremely helpful outside of class, and always willing to take the time to drop what he's doing to help you out. My only complaint is his penmanship is god awful - expect to spend a while deciphering his answer keys.

You can ace 2MX3 without learning a single thing just by going to class. He cuts out most of the descriptive details and tells you exactly what you're supposed to do. He's the department head for a reason! Zero vector is not the same as zero!

One of the worst profs ever. When attending his lectures I almost got the feeling that he was trying to hide information rather than giving it. He makes the simplest things seem difficult and in general doesn't know how to explain/teach concepts to students. It doesn't help that he is very poor at written and oral English as well.
