She is a corny but very sweet person. There is no homework at all for this class. You should show up to all of the classes since the tests are based on the notes. Her tests are multiple choice but can get tricky and may cause you to second guess yourself. There is a project that you will have either the beginning of the semester or towards the end.

Very easy class. All you have to do is take notes every class (very short lectures). The tests (only 2) are straight up and fairly easy. Love her as a person, I'd recommend this class to anyone.

Easily the worst COMM professor at CNU. She's scatterbrained, unreasonable, and does not explain her expectations clearly for assignments. Just terrible.

Best is very scatterbrained, but sweet. She is helpful, but her tests are a bit outrageous. She grades very strictly. Also, half of the class is through videos and pictures she finds and finds interesting.

Super nice lady, however, in saying that, she is a completely UNFAIR GRADER! Her tests are impossible and she grades very hard on your class presentation (public speaking should be a prerequisite for this class with the was she grades).

Very inconsistent grader. Was hard on first speech (hurt my grade) and eay on others. Final/midterm is tough and irrelevant to course by using a book we never use. Helpful, but unclear on direct questions. She is nice and understanding, but her grading scale is uneven. EVERY GRADE IS EVENLY weighted. You mess up on one thing, it'll affect your grad

Awesome professor! Made a 9 o'clock class worth getting up for! Made the class fun with "fun" games. Few notes..don't buy the book..only need it for final and midterm, so you can borrow from library. Love her style...always makes me laugh!

Professor Best was a very nice, cutesy, helpful, and clear teacher. The class overall wasn't that hard. There's a fun and easy project where you need to make a doll. No homework, no quizzes. And, there's only like two tests and one final, so not that many grades. The tests are all based on notes, so study those and you will be fine. Good class.

Great teacher, loved her class. DON'T take it if you have a problem with taking notes. Tests are pretty easy as long as you study. only 2 projects, and they're not hard at all. She's adorable, but she gives a lot of notes, and bases her tests from the notes.

She is so hilarious! Totally stuck in the 80's with her clothing style but it fits her personality. LOVE this professor. Every class made me laugh. The only bad thing is there are a ton of notes, but the tests aren't bad if you study - they're all multiple choice. DON'T BUY THE BOOK! I recommend her, she's so cute and very straight forward.

She's such a nice person, i really loved her class. She has horrible style but it fits her, she's really cute. The class was pretty straightforward. 3 speeches, midterm, final. The midterm was kind of **** but she gives study guides. She grades pretty easy on the speeches, I really wan't to take her again for something else, she's cool

I learned a lot in her class. She is very easy to listen to... very energetic and passionate about her job. She uses lots of different types of media to teach- movies, pictures to start discussion, and group assignments. Requires a lot of participation. Wonderful professor. Best is the best! I definately recommend her.

She doesn't have that many grades just 2tests + the final and then you have 1paper to write n 1extra credit if u choose to do that. Her tests r hard as what and the material she teaches in class is what will be on the test. However, it's all conceptual(not very direct.) She's hard but a nice person.
