The most uncaring professor ever. Doesn't care about anything you have to say. She took the class as a joke and just made us learn everything on our own. Also, she's genuinely not a caring person. Definitely ignore if you can.

Flipped classroom - no lectures. You are supposed to learn everything on your own. Ppt and website are making it worse, more confusing. The class has an excel lab, which adds to the amount of learning. Seems like two classes combined in one. Took same class in another college and everything was clear, here it was one of the worst classes ever taken

Good professor and great person. The way the class is setup makes the material seem more difficult than it is. A lot of it you must learn on your own which can be difficult. Only take E370 if you are minoring in Econ. Take S301 if just doing it for Icore.

This class requires absolutely no knowledge of economics and is instead very math heavy and requires good analytical skills. The tests are pretty easy though and only require that you study the practice tests which are provided. Her online lectures and worksheets are pretty long but overall this class wasn't too terrible.

Class was awful Out of state student who pays to go to a good school and learn. But this lazy person has a backwards class set up and makes you teach yourself outside of class. The class comes out to basically $1300 which you pay to teach yourself. She is awful at managing her grade book and is never up to date. DONT TAKE

This class is by far the hardest I've taken at IU. The course is a flipped classroom so expect to have to teach yourself literally all of the material. TA's in class were not helpful at all, and were in fact very cryptic and non-specific with their answers. Professor Camp herself does her best, but too many people struggle for her to help them all.

Hardest class I've ever taken and I've always been a good student in math related subjects. Can't believe this is actually a real class or how she is even considered a professor because you have to teach yourself everything. Nothing about this class is good. Don't take this class

Mary Beth is a wonderful person and is always willing to help. The flipped model of E370 can be confusing, especially for those who do not prepare ahead of time.

Stats with Camp is a horrible excuse for a class. It's a reverse classroom so your teacher is actually just a bunch of slide show lectures with Mary's voice reading them off. Her only purpose is to help with the in class homework that you have no understanding of due to no teacher. If you have her class, prepare to learn all of stats on your own.

The content is tough but the grading scale is easy! Unless you are a complete slacker, you will automatically get 500/1000 overall points. Tests would be difficult if they weren't ALL OPEN NOTE. This is a flipped course don't sweat it. Cook some dinner and watch the lectures, easy material to understand. Plenty of third party resources too.

What the lecture means that she gives you assignment to do for almost the whole class and send you the answer after class. You have to figure out almost all stuffs by yourself. The book does no help at all. Don't take her course!

Speaking as someone who hasn't done very well in past Statistics courses, I thought the reverse course was actually kind of helpful. If you attend class, it gives you a really easy way to get some free points. The exams aren't that difficult if you go to class, especially because she allows you to use these notecards on them. Shes very helpful too.

it's a class that people can easily get at least a B if they carefully finish their class assignments and lab works. And Mary beth is always willing to help in the lecture. Finding friends to have class together will be better.

She's a really great teacher. Always available for help. Spends entire lecture answering your questions. Much better than the other stats teachers. People only don't like her because you actually have to attend the class period to get your homework.
