Comment:

Professor Buggie-Hunt is a little different from most professors. She makes the class seem difficult but she knows what she is talking about and is more than happy to help you with anything. She even reads drafts of essays and will give feed back before posting them for a grade. She is a very helpful teacher and knows everything she talks about.

worst teacher EVER. first of all, she is horrible at english, and never writes complete sentences. She grades very hard, and always sounds like she has to be the best. Very snippy attitude. HORRIBLE grader. Only relies on the internet for information, and calls it a scholarship?wtf

I've earned a 4.0 in every college level course I've taken (including three English courses and another History course) however, she insists that my writing skills are sub-par. Since we don't have a textbook it is up to us to do all research, yet she questions the legitimacy of our sources, and once said that History textbooks are inaccurate source

This prof does not use text books, just the internet. She is a difficult prof, who at times is insulting, but not undeservingly so. Her standards for our input in this on-line course have to be backed up with "scholarly" sources, and if you don't have a website to back up what you write, it will be deleated. Tough grader.History still bores me.

Surprisingly open-minded. She DOES listen to multiple points of view. If you are an immature, flag-waving, Bush lover, you will not be able to accept her criticisms. She will discuss other viewpoints and does not fall neatly into her liberal label that people try to put on her. If you are ready to grow up and take a college course, you'll do fine

Had to drop the online class because she was insulting during a discussion. Very rude about different opinions besides her own. Was not a history lover before this, and she made me absolutely hate the thought of trying to take it again. Never been so insulted at MCC.

Brings her politics into class and judges her students too much, indoctrinates students and gets off topic often. Not good at teaching, she's really just there to promote her agenda and doesn't care about the lessons. Not worth your money. Read a book.
