Comment:
Prof Gerhart got me to make connections with religious texts. She is very partial to her background and takes a strong stance. The best way to describe her grading method is niche, most people will be confused by her perspectives but she gets you to think critically about religious theory.

I really liked this professor. She is extemely intelligent and cares about what students think. She does not spoon-feed information and her classes demand that you do the reading. She is better in higher level classes. She also has the best / house garden in Geneva.

Quite possibly one of the worst professors I have ever had. And they made her the head of the department, what kind of crazy idiot would put her in charge of anything. She doesn't teach the material, she doesn't even know what day it is. ARGH!

Tests by rote, exams do not allow application of concepts. Very unclear when answering questions. Perhaps better at a higher class level.

She is one of the worst teachers I have ever had. Not only does she make students teach the class and write her exams, she makes no sense when talking and holds grudges. I would advise you not to take her class.

seems to leave you totally cluelss as to what you're supposed to write about for papers, didn't really seem to teach about religion, more into "metaphoric process" and "bidisiplinary dialogue"
