I can honestly say she is one of the best professors I've ever encountered. She is super smart, inspirational, and caring. Also, she makes the class material entertaining and interesting. Consumer behavior was my favorite class! You'll learn a lot and the class is not so difficult.

She uses the WHOLE class, will never let you our early. Although the information is boring, she does try to make it fun and shows a lot of videos on topics. The exams are multiple choice and you basically have to read every chapter before the tests once through and you will get a good grade. Id recommend taking her if you need to take MAR250

I felt that this course was a COMPLETE waste of time and graduate money. Nice person, but lacks time management skills. Case studies were subpar and on the undergraduate level. One day,she not only answered her cell during class,but held a brief conversation! Overall, a fair grader,but wouldn't recommend to someone actually expecting to learn Mktg!

After all the frustratingly LONG lectures on Service Marketing, I can say I ACTUALLY LEARNED SOMETHING. At times it takes her a long time to get to a point. She says "Very good. Very good" alot and sometimes it gets annoying because it feels like she is just trying to fill up time as she collects her thoughts.

Prof Long is hilarious and is genuine. She cares about the subject matter and tries to make it as interesting as possible. However, you will never be let out early-- she will keep you until the last possible second, attendance counts, she's big on group work, but not participation, and there are a few papers to do. Expect to work for your grade!

She is the most irresponsible teacher I have ever met. We paid $2571 for this class, but she teach nothing useful.lots of homework, but she never review them. Extremely tough on grading. hard exams. The grading is also tough on group project. If you choose her, no matter how hard you study, you can't expect an A.

I really like her! Her hair is kind of wild and frizzy, but that's just one of those thinks you'll love about her! I learned a lot in her class. She wants everyone to get involved and look at ads that are out ther today. Definitely take her!!!
