Class has some lecture but is most group work on worksheets. Worksheets are hard but he helps you with them. Could have used a little more lecture before the worksheets, but he helped me a lot after class even outside office hours. Lots of homework but its good practice. Overall a good prof. and nice guy.

You may struggle if you haven't taken calc before. He has you learn by completing worksheets during class. If you know what you are doing, you will do fine on the tests. The online homework is time consuming. Prof. Konicki was very awkward at first, but by the end of the semester I found him to be a funny and nice guy.

Great professor. Cares about students and is a good teacher. However several of the students refused to work and just talked the whole semester, then complained about him when he wasn't there. He constantly told them to get to work but he should have kicked them out since they disturbed those of us that were actually working.

I love this class. Mr Konicki keeps it entertaining but makes you work too. If you aren't halfway good at math you might struggle. Just wish it wasn't at 5 pm. And could use some extra credit!

I took calc 1 never having taken an AP calc class...Konicki went SOOO fast though everything and hardly explained the lessons. Basically he would give us a worksheet and tell us to do it and that was considered "learning the material." Worst class ever....If you're bad at math..

Great professor. He definitely knows the subject well. Sticks to whats relevant and explains well. Tests are not easy but not impossible either. Also helpful in office hours.

Nice guy and admittedly good looking. He seems to know his stuff and is definitely willing to help individually if you ask but he's such a bad teacher in class. He's pretty scatterbrained and half the time I wonder if he even has a lesson plan in mind. He stays too long on topics that are too easy and doesn't give enough examples on hard topics.

His lectures are very clear and he provides plenty of examples. His tests are reasonable if a little hard. Only downside is that it can be very difficult to get help from him outside of class. Definitely recommended though.

He's cute I guess, but I didn't think his class was easy at all. He does grade pretty fairly compared to some teachers but he could have slowed down a little he went too fast on some topics and too slow on others.

Konicki is the man. I took prob and stat with him. its important to take notes from class cause thats what he tests on. there isnt too much homework and he is a very fair grader. if your any good at math it should be an easy A

Grades fairly, but is disorganized at times. Nice to look at, but I wish he would slow down a bit. More examples would be nice. I recommend (at least he speaks English). Oh, and he's pretty laid back, which is a plus.

Mr. Konicki knows his scatterplots. He's a fun guy who likes talking to his students and is easy to approach. He's a pretty fine looking guy too and he knows it. Great class always makes my day.

Pretty good teacher. Laid back but taught us a lot. And very fair on grading. Certain times I wished he would slow down but whatever. I should have done better but not totally his fault. And yes, he is good eye candy, which never hurts.

sure he's good looking but his teaching style is unclear and half of the time i didn't even understand his explanations. he was unavailable outside of class whenever help was needed and he although he was a fair grader and cancelled class often, i needed help with the hard content of stat100 and he just wasn't there to help.

Even if you are not a math person, this is worth taking - he explains everything and the grading is by trend, so if you come to class, aren't completely awful and do your hw, you'll be fine. He's very helpful!
