Extremely encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly, and excited about film; especially documentary. More concerned w/ students learning from their experiences and mistakes than from a class grade. Great source of advice for serious, beginning filmmakers. Pretty liberal & soft when grading or giving constructive criticism. Her class was a fun and intimate social atmosphere where we valued one another's efforts instead of being critical. She's pals w/ several celebs. I know that she still parties w/ Peter Fon
