He's a jerk. I mean, when you're an introductory level Econ prof at the *other* business school in a town of 100 000, you aren't the messiah -- ten thousand better economists would have to die before you were even provincal. Honestly, why is he such a jerk when you talk to him in his office hour?

Very Knowledgable, teaches by the book but adds his own comments which makes class interesting. 4 midterms no final, you don't have to go to class to pass but it's def. worth it, screams at kiddys who talk on their cell phones or other people in class. Oh the best part is he ends most classes early, def. worth taking a course with MC how

not worth attending if you aren't willing to think about economics from multiple perspectives. this professor will help you understand why economic models are not the last say in the way the world works, even though they are perfectly worthwhile aids.

After he was disappointed in our 70% -ish average on the first 2 term tests, he devised an optional "total redemption" marking scheme of 50% for test 3 and 50% for test 4 for those that bombed the first 2 test... mark went from 70 to 95%!!!

Excellent class, first time an Econ prof has addressed the shortcomings of models that are usually taught. Those who criticize tend to be those who cling to what's been shoved down their throats for the past four years, or those who don't want to think.

Traditionalist! Superior intellect and he knows it. A bit condescending ... but helpful and witty. Multiple choice exams in 4th year micro theory! No finals! WOW!

Thinks he is in philosophy. All the idiots think he is really smart because he talks big. But if you have 'any' kind of understanding in economics, you immediately know that this guy has nothing in his brain.

this prof gives out a very easy test. only one and that's all. after the first test, it gets much harder and u can't believe how bad u can do in other tests. if u can't fall asleep at nite, consider this prof, u'll DEFINITELY fall asleep in his class~

He will talk for an hour about a school of economics originating in Chicago, and then will write 'chicago' on the board- nothing else. Bring a tape recorder.

Excellent prof - one of the best I've ever had! He seems very unapproachable and intimidating but if you go talk to him, he isnt at all. If you read the chapters in his book relevant to the course material then you are set-his midterms are straightforward

Very good class, nicely pulls together key concepts learned throughout university, actually acknowledges that there is more than one theory to economics, easy to understand, great class, lectures a bit boring at times because they're long, like the accent

Easiest of the 401 profs. 4 MC tests and no final. He comes across as rude but he is not that bad if you talk to him during his office hours.
