I really enjoyed physics with Prof. Morrow. He is a very understanding prof and is really funny, and finds ways to make physics more bearable. The only thing I'd say to be weary of is the amount of work you have to put into online assignments, but besides that I thought the course was completely fair!

Morrow is a spectacular professor. I can't emphasize enough how you should try to get as a 1051 prof. He explains difficult concepts extremely well and has a good sense of humor. Although some lectures can get boring, he will often finish them off with a cool demonstration.

Morrow is a godsend. He goes above and beyond to help with the material, and is genuinely funny/makes coming to class interesting. A pretty dry subject but he stimulated my interest. Answers e-mailed questions so fast he must have a built in pager, and always has time for questions after class. Great prof!

Morrow RULES. For a course containing some tricky and dry topics, he really works hard to keep it interesting. Lectures are full of demonstrations, and he is a rather funny man as well. Takes the time to personally hand back tests in-lab, and will always find time to help one-on-one. I wish every science prof could be more like Morrow!

The lectures were very boring, and not much examples are given. I learned most of the course by using the Physics Help Center. No answers to practice finals either.

Quality prof. He makes his classes as engaging as possible and responds to his students' questions to the best of his ability. His tests are manageable, and he marks with lenience where he can. Recommended.

Dr. Morrow is by far the best prof I've had at MUN so far. His lectures are unified, he is very clear and everything he has to say is relevant. Also, he does a lot of little experiments in class which really help with understanding certain concepts. Highly recommend.

This is not an easy course, but it could not be taught by a better man. The best physics professor I've ever had. He can actually explain it with a good degree of clarity. Lots of examples, demonstrations. The CAPAs, help center staff, and tutorials also helped. With a lot of effort throughout the term, you can get a 90 in this course.

Dr. Morrow is a good prof, but this course is very difficult. His powerpoints are a good overview but are not a complete study guide and the textbook is needed. Workshops are a good idea and excellent practice. Tests were fair and the final exam was actually quite straightforward and fair. He is good outside of class although he is a little stern.
