here's the deal: 3 exams (including final) and 1 project (a 2 page paper and job interview/shadow) but u can interview relatives, friends so its easy. and thats your grade. u do need to read the book, he only goes over the main ideas in class. as long as you read the material and go to lecture u should do fine. he's not really boring and he's nice.

This is the practi****class that continues on to MGT 495. This is a tough class but there's so much to learn! He doesn't tell you what to do. He shows you several examples and you do what's appropriate for your client's needs. I would recommend him but do not think he'll be teaching it next year.

Each test was only supposed to cover about 3 particular chapters and I identified several questions on each test that came from other chapters not covered yet. Pretty bad when I'm studying for test #3 and run into several topics that were on test #2. Holds your grades until the end of class to make you stay, though test didnt cover lecture. Snobby.

If you loved story time in elementary school and enjoy listening to a guy with a huge ego problem talk about himself, then this is the professor for you. All he does is brag about all his accomplishments. READ THE BOOK, because class time is useless, but he takes attendance, so you have to go. Sorry! Good Luck, you'll need it.

Wonderful professor! Very knowledgeable, extensive experience, great guy. The HR consulting classes require a LOT of time, like 20+ hours per week, working on things for your client. Review manuals in his office often, talk to him in office hours, work on things as a team, at the end you will know so much about HR. Excellent class. Excellent Prof.

MGT 425 and MGT 495 are the MOST INTENSE courses you will take in your entire undergrad curriculum. Be warned: choose your group carefully, it will make or break you. The class isn't so much hard, its just time consuming and requires a LOT of effort. Put in the effort to make everything perfect and you will be fine. Very rewarding, best class ever

Ok Teacher. He had a lot of interesting stories. I was in the 3.5 hours class one day a week, and it is a boring subject to take. He tries to help that. Tests are pretty simple, just make sure you study. Project is easy. It landed me an Internship, so its worth taking his class just for that!

This class requires a lot of studying, both lecture notes and the assigned readings. Allows students to cross off 10 (out of 60) questions that he or she does not want to answer. Project paper is not hard, but should put effort into it to do well. It is possible to do well in this class with much effort. Overall, he is a great instructor.

This guy is a great person. He cares about his students and with minimal effort anyone should be able to get an A in this class. Those of you who didn't like his style of teaching aren't meant to go to college. He teaches like a typical college professor. You're not in high school anymore.

Tells a lot of stories to try to make his points in class. Exams are about half from the book and half from the text (his way of making you read the chapters); very nice guy and can be interesting to listen to. I would recommend. Tests really aren't too difficult if you understand basic concepts.

Unprofessional: Lecture was unfocus and disorganized. Did not follow class schedule. No relationship between lecture, text or examins. No lesson plans, lecture seems to be from other materials. Questions/surveys in class is borderline/gray area ethics

Boring, stuck on himself, test are extremely hard. He asks questions on the test about examples he gave in class...he gives hundreds of examples each class so who would know the answer! Avoid him!
