Mike is pretty good at explaining economics although economics is a very hard subject. If you want to do well in the class you must attend class and pay attention! You don't really need the book unless you like to use the book to study. Whether you like him or not you better get used to him because you'll have him later

This course is very interesting but very overwhelming. With the slides not being posted it is hard to copy down so much information while listening to his explinations and case examples. The test was very hard and with an average at a failing level obviously there is not enough clarification on the topics especially with everything on the midterm.

he is impatient, disrespectful, can't teach though he knows his stuff, not helpfull, rushes, refuses to use his school email as stated in his contract, has no teaching skills whatsoever to get it across to students.....he acts like he doesn't want to be there, rushes all the time, look for another teacher when taking Macro.

Covers the material in a clear, efficient, and experienced manner. Gives fair tests. Gives good notice for quizzes and tests and what will be on them. Not very good at answering questions. Has a great sense of humour and does not tolerate noisy people or troublemakers. Unconcerned with accuracy.
