He is a pretty cool guy but those exams are rough. Lab section was pretty easy if you study hard and saves your grade, but the lecture exams are next level. They are all mc application based questions and really test your understanding of the material. If you're lost in class, go to his office hours. Worked my butt off for a B+.

Comment:

Professor Belosevic was very knowledgeable, but the tests were very difficult, especially the final. The lab component was completely self-directed which could be good or bad depending on how you do with self-directed work. He works to make sure his students do well and will answer questions. His lecture pace and coverage was reasonable.

Mike is a pretty bad prof. The expectations for this course were super unclear and the material was difficult. His lecture material was vague and he was hard to understand. It felt more like he was having a casual discussion than giving a lecture. The online tutorial was useless and did not match up with in-class materials. Would not recommend

A very softspoken person - kind of hard to follow sometimes with his accent. Knows his stuff, but it can be really hard to keep up with his notes. I advise recording him or focusing on major points of his lecture.

He is the most arrogant professor I've ever had at this university. His multiple choice questions are very ambiguous, especially his case scenario questions. No amount of studying can help you answer his questions the way he wants you to. He is extremely condescending when speaking to him in person.

Mike is a well rounded professor, he deserves more credit than many people give him. he is a sessional for zool 242 so he doesnt have much to work with in regards to material, and is forced to cruise through it. he does an amazing job in zool 452 though. by far the best prof i have ever had. make sure you LEARN the concepts dont memorize his stuff
