I can't say enough about how much I got out of Strategic Innovation. Easily the most valuable of all core and electives available in UCF's MBA program! MB is a fantastic teacher and mentor. His passion makes a complex subject fun! TAKE THIS CLASS!!!!

This is a professor who really cares about your learning. He always has the most up to date news on all his subjects and is so passionate about what he does that you can't help being enthralled as well. If you want a class that makes you think and helps you learn while you are having too much fun to notice, take his classes.

TAKE THIS CLASS IF YOU CAN! This was probably the most enjoyable class I have ever taken. The time seemed to fly by because the class was more interactive. The professor didn't just read off of powerpoint slides, he really brought something to the table. The professor is such a great guy with a passion for what he teaches. I loved it!

MB is a wonderful professor. The class is not easy, but if you attend lectures and do a good job on the papers (there are two papers and for one you must present) then you should be fine. He is very interesting, I don't mind sitting there for three hours. He tells you exactly what to study for to do well on the test.

BOOOOO!!!! He has no explaination for his poor grading procedures. He openly plays favorites. I attended every lecture and contributed to class but didn't receive full participation points. I think I got dumber by attending his class...

Dr. MB is a great prof. Hard, but fair, and very willing to help students. He is very enthused about class, uses current information, and interacts with students. He encourages students to interact with him and your peers. Dr. MB really teaches the subject and students will learn and understand the mateial. I would take another of his classes.

It was the best business class I have taken. Professor Sarkar is a gifted instructor and his style of engaging the class through discussions makes learning enjoyable and effective. He is the best instructor I had at UCF. You learn a lot of useful information and strategies in this class. He definitely deserved the 2005 AMJ award that he won.

Professor Sarkar is one of the few graduate professors who FACILITATES LEARNING, rather than just lectures. You can tell he loves what he does, which sets the pace & tone for students. The class is not easy, but if you put in the time on the reading you'll enjoy it!

Professor Sarkar is the best professor that I have taken courses with both in my undergraduate and graduate education. His teaching approach is a case study approach and class discussions. He is very enthusiastic about the subject and makes the course a lot of fun. There is a lot of reading and work involved. Overall, great professor and course.

Great class which explores business strategy and the macro factors promoting innovation and change. The course load is well balanced and manageable - there are not a lot of assignments; instead, approx. 2 hours of assigned readings (articles and HBS cases) per week. Keep up with the readings, and pay attention in class for a memorable course.

HARD Tests! Very unclear on everything. Grades papers very hard. Class is boring and lame. He takes attendance like first graders. He is monotone and uninteresting. AVOID HIM!!!
