I had this prof 3 years ago and he is STILL my least favorite prof at UVic! I had to re-do STATS 252 because of him. Take Jill Simmons if you can! I went from a D to an A+.

This guy was a great prof...had a goofy sense of humor, slightly immature and young for a prof, but it was great to have a prof u could more easily relate to. If u are a hard ass without a sense of humor, u wont like him. Easy tests (except the 2nd midterm) that closely resemble lecture notes. Highly recommended.

Fun sense of humour. Dynamic, enthusiastic, approachable, friendly, not at all intimidating. Clear expectations. Definitely knows his stuff. Relatively easy course (like Math12 again, with some more brain teasers thrown in). If it gets complex ("It hurts!"), he'll back up and re-explain. Understands that not everyone gets the concepts right away.

Moshi is a very straightforward professor and really funny guy (tells us stories about his hamster). Puts everything online for you to download and bring to class, tests are directly from examples in class or questions from the textbook. Course material is also very easy to comprehend if you attend lectures and do homework.

Moshi is an awesome funny guy who makes the class very entertaining to attend. He is probably my favourite prof so far at university! The tests are fair if you do your work and learn the material. If you don't do well it's your own fault, don't blame him he's a great teacher.

Moshi is a great guy, and is very helpful. Who cares if he can't spell, it's stats not english. He does lots of examples in class, which really helps learn the material. Rememember when you lost your pillow moshi, I'm holding it until I get my A+ lol.
