He gives the Class notes that are almost a decade old. He doesn't explain the material well at all. His tests are ridiculously hard and the whole class nearly failed it. He just goes over minitab and doesn't explain it at all.

He gives notes that are really helpful. He also gives out step by step answers to homework and quizzes.But the class is TOUGH! He gives out 2 tests and 1 final. The first test is really HARD. The 2nd test is easy because the content is easy. But the final will blow your mind! Prepare to spend a lot of time studying.

I've always been great at math and I had to withdraw from his class! This semester I have Goodson and practically have a 100%. That said Aminzadeh is a really really bad teacher. I think the only way you could pass this class is if you've already learned calc somewhere else because you're not going to learn it from him...

I am a math major, and this professor is terrible. he doesn't take attendance, but says it's required to pass the class. The notes he uses he wrote in 2009. Notes are not clear at all. Tests are very hard even if you do study. Ended up teaching myself the material from the textbook and crossing my fingers I passed the class.

Does not take attendence, does not require homework to be completed. Tests are 75% of grade. He will put things on there that he says to not bother remembering in the lecture because it is not required for the class. Never opened textbook once. Easy to pass, hard to do well.

Stats, very easy teacher, he gives you an equation sheet for all of the tests. Go to stats labs because if you miss 25% of the assignments you cannot pass with a C. His tests are very easy as long as you went to class and have your equation sheet.

Never had to drop a class until him. He is really helpful but his tests are really hard;they include a lot of proofs. Gives a lot of homework but it's helpful. Only take him if probability is your strength.

Will meet with you and act as if he wants to help, however, he just redirects you to the useless text. I had tutors and everything, yet only finished about a quarter of the first exam in the 45 minutes he allotted. There are 2 tests and the final and that's all you are graded on. No extra credit unless the ENTIRE class needs it!!

Have him for algebra for applications. The material is a joke, it's so easy. A lot of people in the class seem to have trouble but it's really not hard. Once you get past his accent it's not too bad. If you go seem him about your quiz grades he will almost always give you extra points. Gives pop quizzes but heavily hints at them the class before.

Really really suggest not to take his course! The class is really boring and the exam is unfair. You cannot guess what problems will be on the test forever. No one got an A in his course! He even ask somebody to drop if the student doesn't perform well. A horrible prof!

Super boring. I sat right in front of him and fell asleep every day. I did sudoku during class. I didn't go half the time and I still got a B-. He gives you formulas you can use on the tests. He doesn't collect homework. He's a nice guy. He's not a horrible teacher by any means, just really boring.
