If you like programming take him, assignments are long, his lectures are good but he has an unpleasant attitude. He has no sympathy for students he thinks we're all lazy. Pop quizzes are terrible you either get 0 or 10. The midterm and final are exactly like the sample given and are exactly like the assignments so you can prepare.

Fun loving, concentrates on diagrams, you have to write each and every important word regarding question in the paper to get good marks, gave 8/66 C's and an F, 3 quizzes are just theoretical, final has 3 theoretical and 3 numerical problems, concentrate more on numericals for finals, final exam level is similar to assignments

Although he gives many pop quizzes, this prof actually prepares his lectures seriously. He knows what he's talking about and answers every question in the best way he can. I'll take his class again compared to other heavy accent profs whom I cannot understand a word.

He seems as if he repeats the content as is in the textbook. Assignments are problematic assignments based on probability. The three quizzes are descriptive, so you have to pay attention to the details of each lecture. 50% of the final exam involves probability based questions, and this professor is a tough grader.

He is a tough grader. The key to score well is to write down what he teaches and inscribe the same on an answer sheet. He teaches well and is very helpful in clarifying doubts and extending deadlines. Just be aware that you need to work on probability concepts for the assignments and finals.

Tough marker, in the 3 quizzes (2 descriptive questions each) you need to write everything he said in class in 25 -30 minutes. Funny at times during class. Knows material very well. He encourages you to ask questions during class and he answers clearly 99% of the time. He gives extensions for assignments if enough people request it. Attend to pass.

It's a struggle trying to understand this teacher, he is very incoherent, does not answer questions and doesn't seem to know his subject very well.. And of course you will get distracted by the number of times he says "okay" he says in each sentence, quite impressive INTERNET AND THE BOOK ARE A MUST TO PASS THIS CLASS

I just put 1 above, because zero is not allowed. Hard midterms. Many people dropped this course after they received their marks. Not approachable. He likes to scare students about the course content the first day of classes. AVOID this teacher, wait next semester and save your money.

I have just finished my final exam with this guy.I seriously do not know who hired him.He is useless,hard on marking,doesnt know the material,has VERY HARD final exams,basically everything thats bad.I did one year of C++ before, 2 courses in which i got 87% and 92%...but this...this...I really don't know.Dont take him...avoid the pain !

I think this teacher deserves a little bit more credit for this course. First of all this is a hard course for some, (fortunately for me I have already done programming). The way he teaches it, would be like any other teacher. He explains the concepts very clearly and goes into complications you might run into. Overall he is a decent teacher.
