he makes marketing what we expect-interesting and educating. he is fair, helpful, and just what a professor should be. exams cover a lot but if you study ppts., you'll do fine because he actually tests you on what is covered not ?'s that come out from no where.

Class was kind of hard...if your major isn't Marketing :) Read Read Read the slides to do well on tests! Your grade is only based on tests...but if he's feeling like being generous he'll give extra credits. So go to all the classes or have your friend go!

He is a nice guy but the course was difficult because of his horrible tests. It surprises me because it is just a basic dumb marketing class!. Anyways, if you can, avoid him and take someone else. I heard J.Harris is much better.

His test questions were all memorization of the information but not applying the info. A lot of times there was more than one correct answer...if you leave the test feeling like you did well, then you probably didn't.

We were more than 500 students in the class. He still found the time to meet me anytime I wanted to see him to explain things. I never thought marketing was so interesting. I changed my major to marketing of this professor. I recommend him in a heartbeat.

Test questions are bad. He tells you to chose the "best" answer, even though other answers could be interpreted as correct based on his examples in class. His lectures are long and boring. He did offer extra credit and curves.

Class is a waste of time. Read the book, read the slides, show up for the tests. As far as easiness goes - well, he gave what amounted to a 3% curve to our final grade + another 8% in extra credit (despite claiming the first day there would be neither).

Never really went to class, but he's interesting and clear. PP not on test and test were hard, but the optional final was easier. He also offers plenty of EC...and I thought I was getting a B but got an A instead..beware! he doesn't round .999999s up

Makes a simple subject into something complex. Most of his test questions come from book. I don't know why he supplies us with power point slides because not much of them are on the test. Tests are EXTREMELY HARD. Take Judy Harris.

Extremely nice guy- actually cares about his students. Tests are hard! I ended up getting a B but barely. Worst part is a 79.99999=C b/c he doesn't round up! Lecture is interesting, tests are definetely hard but there is a good amt of extra credit.

I don't know what you all are smoking but I thought his tests were very!! hard. I spent a lot of time trying to understand his ridiculous application questions and came up close to getting a C. I would recommend to take someone else.
