Fantastic professor. He really makes sure everything is clear, even when the material starts getting more difficult. A little out of sync with the TA as far as what's being covered, but otherwise a really enjoyable course. In-class examples make book homework is easy. Excel stuff is even easier. Practice exams more than prepare you for the exams.

Man...this guy is a gifted lecturer. He knows how to make boring statistics seem mildly interesting. I eagerly went to class because of him. He gave great notes. Reviewed previous sessions before starting new lectures, and is always open to questions. Plus, he's funny!

Gives tons of examples and is very open for questions. Makes sure everyone understands the info and loves when people participate. Gives all the info himself instead of making you read the book. No huge suprises on exams. Awesome teacher, taking him again this semester!

Great teacher! He really explains things well and repeats himself until EVERYONE gets it. He reviews what was talked about in the previvous class so if you miss one you won't be behind. He does take the occasional attendance and if you are there you get 5 pts. towards the "Pop Quizzes".

Great teacher. GO TO CLASS and take notes and you should have no problem getting an A even if you never crack open the book. He helps make Stats relevant and interesting and is easy to approach for help. I highly recomend him.

I definitely suggest taking him, Really nice guy. Has a slight accent but you get use to it. He gives quiz's and homework to help bring up your grade if you strew up on an exams.

He made stats soooooo easy. I rarely went and got an A, but I'm good at math. But if youre not then all you have to do is go to class. He makes tests easy and half the questions are from the practice exam. Quizzes are extra credit. And he's such a cute old man and so nice. Take him FOR SURE if you have to take stats.

Main problem: No communication between him and the coordinator. NE would tell us not to worry about something (skewness, P-value, etc.) and it would show up on the exams. Same prob with TA, he was off in his own world covering stuff NE didn't cover. NE not in control of the course. Good job of explaining material-bad job pulling it together. B
