She is a hypocrite to the extreme. Her publications on advancing women in the global marketplace; global leadership and leadership success run contrary to her actions. She lied and bullied me and was not honest in her evaluation of my work. Professors should publish papers on topics they actually believe in - in practice and not when convenient

Comment:

One of my favorite teachers in McGill management. It is refreshing to take a class where you have to actually think and are graded on creativity rather than how well you can memorize useless crap out of book. She is right on the money with her teachings. Real leadership is an art, not a management routine.

Didn't like her at all. She was trying something new by explaining leadership through art. Did not make much sense, and was unnecessary. Fair to say that I didn't learn anything new. Simply didn't work for me. I also suspect she is not fair. May be prejudiced.

Nancy Adler is all a prof should be. Razor-sharp, diligent, caring, and creative. If you like to sit back and have education done unto you, then you won't like her course. If you expect to go out and find a bit of knowledge for yourself, then you will do fine here. In other wise, open-minded participation required.
