when i first came into class i didn't had much of opinion about Neil, but after about 3 classes i started to understand this guy isn't much of anything helpful and on top of it he is obnoxious excuse for human tissues. i'm surprised that unemployment didn't take it toll with this guy. PS. Neil- i really hope to forget you.
