payne is such a good person, and does give alot of extra help..but his turorial quizzes are more difficult that other profs. I didnt go to any classes b/c i found them useless, and i just fell asleep. Thank god for the tutorial manual!

All his quirky mannerisms made the class pretty enjoyable, very enthusiastic, always there for extra help, and between the lecture and lab/tutorial parts of the course he covers all the materials on the tests and quizzes.

Useless. Charming until his uselessness starts harming you. His notes are usless and the text is useless. If it wasn't for the tutorial mannual I don't know what I would do. I actualy started going to Dean instead, he is a way better prof.
