Awful professor. She may be smart and have published work, but she is a horrible teacher. Im a 3.5 average student and this has hands down been the WORST professor that I have had at BSU. I would never recommend this professor to anyone. If you are forced to take the class, make sure you show up and are ready for the tests.

So easy. These comments come from bad students. Show up, memorize the maps, read the wall street journal posts that she puts on blackboard. It is a huge waste of time though. She's an awful professor and it's an awful, but easy, class. I sit on my phone all class and I won't even have to take the final. This coming from a 3.0 student.

Dr. Ray is by far the worst professor I have ever had at BSU.She dose not care if students do well or not. The exams are very hard and when the average is a D on the exam you know there has to be something wrong. Do not take her!

This was the worst professor I have ever had. I failed, not because I didn't try and/or didn't know the material, but because she wouldn't help me figure out what I needed to study. I asked her politely if she could give me an outline so that I could put a study group together and she flat out said no. She is neither a good professor or person.

Professor Ray is beyond condescending with students. Today, she tried handing out our exam 5 minutes before class started. I asked if we could wait until noon, when class officially begins to start. She scoffed and said "we can wait for the hands on the clock to line up". Very Rude. Also, her average exam grades so far lie at 60%. No curves. AVOID

Really wasn't a bad professor, didn't give out any hw and she holds your hand the entire semester telling you exactly what to read out of the chapters and doesn't make you read the whole thing. Tests are 80% essay which can be very subjective to her liking. Overall she's a B rate prof.

Incredibly condescending towards students. I felt like I did not learn anything in her class and lost any interest I had in marketing because of this professor. I had to force myself to attend her lectures, which are very dry and not interesting at all. She obviously has a hard time relating to students. Seems to not care about students' success.

Dr. Ray may appear socially challenged at times. However, she is a dedicated professor, values applied knowledge and real-time projects, quick grader, transparent in her expectations and tests what she preaches. Keep up with the WSJ readings, global news and pay attention to what she has to say. Not your avg professor, but certainly knowledgeable.

By far the worst Prof. at BSU. She gives this fine institution a bad name. Learned absolutely nothing, if anything she scarred my brain to where I now no less. No idea where her arrogance comes from; she tries to exert non-existent power over students. Seems unable to move her jaw when she talks. She thinks this is a sign of prestige.

What to say about Dr. Nina Ray? Uptight, articulate, and to the point. You WILL NOT be messing around in her classroom. She's pretty dry, but she knows what she's talking about and the class was mildly interesting. Very easy, no homework at all.

She is the only one that teaches international marketing, which is incredibly unfortunate. She is awful, thinks too highly of herself, belittles students that ask questions, and puts asinine questions on tests. Have all conflicts in email/writing so you have proof--I wouldn't have my A without this. She was unfair and horrible.Worst teacher ever

shallow and pedantic also very pretentious, horrible lady too bad she's typically set to where you have to take her class. Got an A but avoid if possible. She only hands out around three per class. By the way, going to class is a waste of time in testing terms but one or two questions per test typically come from in class discussions

It doesn't really matter how much I studied.....I always got the same grade on the tests. I just don't understand her and her teaching style...She doesn't provide students with the necessary information needed to do well in her class. Attending class doesn't seem worth it sometimes.
